Real Estate Backlinks Built on Real Estate Sites
A done-for-you link building service that places your links on genuine property websites, never on private blog networks.
We sell real estate backlinks to realtors, brokers, property investors and marketing agencies who need niche-relevant links their competitors cannot buy from a generic vendor. Every placement sits on a working real estate website: an agency site, a listing portal or a property blog. You choose a package, we build the links, and you receive a completion report with every live URL, its DA, its PA and its indexed status.
No PBNs. No link farms. No shortcuts.

What are real estate backlinks?
A backlink is a link on someone else's website that points to yours. Real estate backlinks are the version of that which lives on property websites: an agency site, a listing portal, a property blog, a local housing publication. The link itself is ordinary. What makes it valuable is the address it comes from.
Search engines read links as recommendations. A recommendation from a site that already covers property carries more weight for property searches than one from a recipe blog or a general web directory. That is topical relevance, and it is the whole reason a niche service exists.
For an agency owner, the practical effect is simple. When two brokerages have similar websites and similar content, the one with more relevant links tends to sit higher for searches like "homes for sale in [city]" or "[city] real estate agent". Ranking higher means more calls from people who are already looking.
This is also where most link buying goes wrong. Cheap packages tend to place links on private blog networks: sites built for the sole purpose of selling links, with no real audience. Those get devalued, and sometimes penalised. We do not use them, which is why our placements take longer to arrange than bulk link packages.
Links are not instant either. After placement, a search engine has to crawl the page, index it, and then reassess your site. Clients typically report movement in the weeks after a campaign completes rather than during it, and the effect compounds as more links are counted.
If you want the longer explanation, read our full guide on how backlinks work in the property niche, the benefits for agents and brokers, the step-by-step build process, or our 15 proven link building strategies.
Link building for real estate: how to build real estate backlinks that last
Links are one part of a real estate SEO strategy, alongside a fast site, local pages and a complete Google Business Profile. They are also the part most agents get wrong. Whether you hire a service or do it in-house, these are the questions that decide whether a link helps.
What makes a real estate backlink high quality?
Four things, in this order. Relevance: the linking site covers property, housing or a market you serve. Authority: the site has a healthy backlink profile of its own, which scores like domain authority estimate but do not prove. Placement: the link sits inside content a reader actually sees, not in a footer or a sitewide sidebar. Attribute: a dofollow link passes ranking value, while a nofollow link from a strong property site such as Zillow still sends referral traffic and looks natural. A healthy profile has some of both.
Why are backlinks important for real estate SEO?
Search engine optimization for property sites is crowded. Portals, franchise brands and every local brokerage chase the same city searches. Good on-page work gets you into the running; links from relevant sites decide the order. A link from a site in the real estate niche tells Google that the industry vouches for you, and that is a signal a competitor cannot copy by rewriting their own pages.
How do you find relevant link opportunities?
Start local and work outward. Claim your listings on property portals and agent directories; our list of free property directories and citation sites is a good starting point. Then approach local news sites, community blogs and business associations. Next, pitch a guest post to property and home improvement blogs that accept contributors, offering local market data or a buyer's guide they cannot write themselves; our guide to guest posting for real estate covers how. Finally, run a competitor through any backlink tool and pursue the sites that link to more than one of your rivals.
How many backlinks does a real estate website need, and how long do results take?
There is no fixed number. Look at the pages ranking above you for your target searches and count the referring domains pointing at them: that gap is your target. Steady growth beats sudden spikes, because a profile that gains a few links a week reads as natural while hundreds in a weekend reads as bought. Expect rankings to move in the weeks after new links are crawled and indexed, not on the day they go live. That is why our Foundation, Authority and Dominance campaigns run over 14 to 45 days rather than all at once.
What link building tactics should real estate businesses avoid?
Private blog networks, link farms and bulk placements on unrelated sites; reciprocal link swaps; and links from sites with no real audience or traffic. Avoid keyword-rich anchor text on most of your links, too. A safe mix leans on your brand name and plain URLs, with exact keywords kept to a small share; our anchor text ratio calculator shows whether yours is in a safe range. These shortcuts are what Google's spam systems are built to catch, and the cleanup usually costs more than the links did.
How should you track backlink performance?
Use Google Search Console. The Links report shows which sites link to you and which pages they point at, and the Performance report shows whether impressions and average position for your target searches rise in the weeks after a campaign. Add one third-party backlink tool to catch links that drop. Judge the work on rankings and enquiries for the pages that make you money, not on raw link counts: that is the measure that matters for your digital marketing budget.
