Glossary Term
Link Juice (Link Equity)
Last updated:
Quick definition: Link juice is the SEO authority that flows from one page to another through hyperlinks.
What it means
Link juice (more formally called link equity or PageRank) is divided among all the links on a page. A link from a page with 3 outbound links passes more equity than one from a page with 100.
Nofollow attributes block the flow of link juice, while dofollow links pass it through.
Why it matters for real estate SEO
Strategic internal linking concentrates link juice on commercial money pages, often producing ranking gains without acquiring a single new backlink.
